- Manifest & Compliance: File discharge advice with customs/feeder operators and prepare all import discharge lists and manifests.
- Customer Interface: Issue arrival notices and Delivery Orders (DO) for FCL shipments while providing high-level customer support.
- Equipment Control: Track container clearance, manage safe empty returns, and coordinate with depots for real-time inventory updates.
- Financial Support: Collect import detentions and generate detailed reports to assist the accounts team with monthly Statements of Account (SOA).
- Principal Reporting: Maintain and update inventory software for Principal Lines, providing regular container status reports to the team.
Export Documentation & Customer Service Executive

This role drives the full export lifecycle, from initial rate requests and vessel bookings to final Bill of Lading (BL) issuance and payment collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation & Compliance: Generate BL drafts, issue final BLs upon payment, and manage all courier dispatches for overseas consignees.
- Operational Logistics: Secure export bookings, coordinate slot bookings with vessel operators, and manage container releases and gate-in documentation.
- Financial Control: Issue e-invoices, collect payments from shippers, and maintain rigorous follow-ups for outstanding balances.
- System Management: Provide real-time updates to Principal software systems and track FCL movements to inform shippers of arrival dates.
- Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with yard operators and vessel agents for load list updates; prepare comprehensive monthly export, import, and empty repositioning reports.
Yard Operations Manager

- Safety & Compliance: Conduct site inspections to ensure 100% compliance with Ports Authority guidelines; investigate all incidents to perform root-cause analysis.
- Asset Management: Inspect equipment for safe operation and liaise daily with maintenance teams to prioritize open work orders and minimize downtime.
- Team Leadership: Train, counsel, and evaluate employees; manage time sheets, overtime authorizations, and operator logs for accurate billing.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, equipment status, and personnel performance.
